Since laser is transmitted by fiber, it is no need to maintenance or adjusts the laser optical path, it greatly reduces the machines fault rate and prolongs the working life. High Precision Rack and Pinion
We use international established brand for the double-rack, double-drive, guide and motor. With laser interferometer adopted, the ruler processed with milling cutter 5 times and adjustment block installed, accuracy is highly ensured.
Cast Aluminum Beam
Aerospace standards cast aluminum beam, with high accuracy, good toughness, light weight, corrosion resistance, anti-oxidation, low density, greatly increases the processing speed.
Auto Focus Laser Head
Plate welding bed design
The bed adopts an open-web integral profile welding structure that has been verified and verified by CAE analysis. High temperature annealing and natural aging are used to eliminate welding stress, prevent deformation, reduce vibration, and ensure cutting accuracy
Fully enclosed protective cover
